[solved] Showing last post outside blog folder..

Hey guys!

I have a little question. I am using the latest version of WordPress and I have it installed in a folder, /nuntiare. Now I want to show the first part of the latest post on my blog on my homepage, which is outside the folder /nuntiare.

So, I have a complete blog set up in /nuntiare, I have a custom made template (which is the same as the looks of the rest of my site). This is all good.
What I want is on my homepage, http://www.flamingotrain.com, to show the first part of my latest post (like an excerpt?) I have posted, with a link under that (something like [proceed to weblog »]).

Is there a way to do this, and if there is, how can I do this or where can I find a clear explanation on how to do this?
