Two problems with the Post Layout plugin

Hi,
I use your Post Layout plugin. Thank you for it. It’s nice plugin.

I test your plugin in my testing blog. Code to add after the comment form works fine, but Code after the last comment dosen’t show. Comments are in one page. For example a post on my testing blog: http://jak-zalozyc-bloga.pl/gry/testowa1/osmy-wpis

I use code block. Name is “wybrani” with simple code – only text. I put in the block name: [wybrani] into a post or static page. In a page I see text [wybrani].

What can be reasons for this two problems with the plugin?
