    Typically, you can do that by using display: none; in the CSS code for those elements. But you’ll want to make any modifications using a child theme or custom CSS (JetPack is a good way to add that) so that your changes are not overwritten when the theme is updated. After you have either of those set up, if you post a link to your site, someone can give you more specific help with the CSS code.
