Do you have the same problem in the default WP with no plugins? That will help identify whether it’s a problem with the theme or possibly a plugin.
If it’s a theme issue, you’ll need to contact the vendor/developer – as these forums only support themes from the repository on this site.
If I use another theme the posts show up so this means theres a issue with the theme itself, right?
Yep…usually, though it could be a plugin conflict with the theme. Either way, you’ll probably need to ask them for help with it.
went on the guys website and it says he only relying to people who are members, ie have purchased one of his templates.
dont suppose you could suggest any free template similar to this one as i really liked how clean and simple it is, great for showcasing my design work?

I’d suggest also looking at the support forums to be sure they are currently supported – and compatible with WP3.5+
