Hey everyone. Below are some guidelines you should follow before posting a support topic here in the support forums. As with the nature of WordPress plugins, a lot can go wrong and chances are the problem you are having has already occurred for someone else (and may have been resolved).

    1) Please read the FAQ’s section. Try the advice under the title “My slideshow continually loads. What’s wrong?”, even if this isn’t the problem you are having. The troubleshooting steps outlined there are applicable to nearly every issue encountered.

    2) Search the support forums. Make sure someone else hasn’t already posted about the issue you are having. Never “hijack” a topic with an issue unrelated to the original post.

    3) Try the development version of the plugin, you can download it here. Often, if you are experiencing a new bug, we’ll have already fixed in within our current development cycle.

If you still haven’t gotten anywhere, start a support topic. Always provide a link your site, specifically a page containing a live example of the issue. There is nothing we can do if we can’t see the problem(s) firsthand.

  • Not having a problem – just wondering if…

there a way to make a picture a hotlink? So if someone clicks on the picture it takes them to a another page?

Hi @jimavey, try not to post questions in this topic. Instead, create a new topic and ask them there 🙂

There should be an option labeled “Link URL” available for each slide in its settings. To edit the settings of a slide, simply click it in the “Edit Slideshow” panel.
