Install ok until I tinkered with it, now no login due to redirect

Install went fine. I didn’t however want it to override the current default “web under construction” banner until I’d done something useful with the new website.
Anyway playing with the settings I thought I could default the startup to the old/previous, however in my haste I changed the dir path to the WP install to something completely different.
Well that was that, logged me out instantly and now can’t get back in because WP isn’t where I just told the settings it would be.

So far haven’t found the storage location for said param, so if anyone can point me the right direction I would be extremely grateful.

Just to note I don’t have shell access, but do have control panel type access thingy.
