problems with terminology and finding the right plug-in

    Hi,

    I am not very experienced with the terminology of webdesign so I am struggling to search for a plug in. I want place a frame inside my post with a changing image, like the ones on this site;

    I am not sure if its a slider I am lookin for, as I want it to change automaticall with no selection process. What should I search for to find something like this I can drop in as a frame?
