Problems with my search form

    Goodevening. I am asking for your help because of a issue concerning the search form widget. As you can see by taking a look at my homepage (located at misonopersoilblues.net), instead of the classic search icon I get an unclickable undefined item. I noticed it began to happen as I installed the W3 Total Cache Plugin. I tried to implement the fragment caching but I didn’t manage to get back the original icon.
