I need help

Hey everybody

I have some problems with my blog. beneath every post there is a little Facebook like box, but it’s not showing properly. And Actually I want to get completely rid of it, but I’ve search through my whole site and I can’t find the box, not in plugins, appearance or anything could you please help me?

And also, if I don’t click sticky post every time I create a post, the new and published post won’t show on the front page of my blog. So I have to press sticky on every post which results in a very slow loading site .. I really need help !!! 🙂
