   Is there any way or plugin to export or import posts from / to a particular category ?

   I have 7 categories in one blog and I want to export the posts from "technology" category and need them to be imported in my other blog. How can this be done ?

   I found a way to get this done http://www.crashutah.com/blog/juanchito/2008/08/14/export-one-wordpress-blog-category-to-create-a-new-blog/

   It's not the ideal way by any means, but it worked for me while preserving the meta data and also redirecting traffic/google juice from the old blog to the new one.
