    Hey Vitalan,

Thanks for writing in! So that we can take a closer look, can you send us a screenshot of the encoding errors you’re seeing in the confirmation and error messages? You can send it to us by email to mailchimptk[at]gmail.com.

We look forward to hearing back!

    Yes, I just did it.

    Thanks!

When testing the success and error messages on my end, I’m seeing the images appear as expected, with the proper encoding, so I’m afraid I’m not able to replicate the issue.

Can you confirm the current encoding that your browser is set to? In Chrome, this will be viewable under View > Encoding. Mine is currently set to UTF-8, which should allow you to see the expected behavior.

    Looking forward to hearing back!

My browser uses UTF-8. I tested it in other browsers (Firefox, Safari, IE, Opera) – same result. Where this messages are stored? In ru_RU.po file?

    Hey Vitalan,

That’s definitely a bit odd, as I’m seeing the messages as intended in Chrome, with UTF-8 set as my encoding. Are you able to try from a different computer, and replicate that same behavior? If so, could you provide us with the confirmed encoding, the browser, and the browser version?

To answer your question, these translations would reside in both the .mo and .po files in the /po/ directory of your plugin installation. The content of which can be checked by opening it in either a regular code/text editor, or by using software like POedit.

We look forward to hearing back!
