   Bernard Flach and myself have written a modification for wordpress that enables you to add enclosure information to your posts. This info will generate an enclosure-tag in the rss 2.0 feed.

   I thought i followed the directions pretty closely, but all i kept gettin were error messages. Has anyone else tried this ?

   yes tryend and it works charming ;)
   Will post (if Pieter and/or Bernard are okay with that) in dutch language a post (tutorial) on how to make it work (it worked out of the box while following the readme file )

   This worked fine for me until I updated WP to 1.3-alpha-4 which appears to have a completely rewritten post.php file.
   I've placed a feature request post in the TXD WP forums here:

   UPDATE: Using the 1.3-alpha-4 build, it's now all completely BUILT-IN. Just enter a URL to an .MP3 file somewhere in the body of your post and WP will take care of everything!

   will it be possible to modify the extensions searched for?
   I would like to enclose torrent files and video files.
   hmmm but then it would affect all posts, oh I don't know what to do.
