Hi Julie, that’s very odd. You’re the second person to report this, assuming the issue for the previous user is the same.
If so, it could be related to the plugin scripts and styling not being loaded at all. I can have a look myself to confirm this if you would be willing to give me admin access to the site. My email is info@matthewruddy.com. I know this is a bit much to ask, but without being able to check for myself I’d be unsure how to fix it.
By the way, I took out the code for the slider and put up a static image on home page for now.
