W3C-Validator Errors

If I enter my website in the W3C-Validator at http://validator.w3.org/, there seem to be some errors in the code. The same errors also show up, after validating the official preview website of this theme http://www.code-2-reduction.fr/codiumextendpreview/. It would be nice, if henri could provide fixes in a future update.
