Hiding page from sidebar whilst keeping it publicly accessible

The title pretty much says everything.
What I had in mind is a page about the plugins I use, accessible through a link next to the copyright at the bottom of the blog. My blog is in no way about wordpress, but I still want to give the information to users interested, but that topic doesnt fit into the rest of the blog.
