• Wow… after weeks of attempting to monkey around with this thing to get it to work and numerous attempts to contact the developer through this forum and every possible email address I get a canned response about an update that didn’t fix my issue and the topic was marked “resolved.”

So I added a new post that said that my problem wasn’t resolved, and asked for further support and I come back a few days later and find that rather than spend a few minutes typing anything at all that might help me… Someone chose to delete my post.
This plugin is OK… but not worth the effort…

And in case nobody noticed… all of the 5 star reviews are by the author.

I thought the update I posted based on that thread would fix your issue. I didn’t post a canned response; I posted a response asking you to let me know if it fixed the issue. It didn’t. I’m going to find out why.

Also, I can’t delete any posts. That’s not possible for me to do on WP.org.

My goal is to support this plugin and have it work well for you. This is a free plugin with free support and I’m doing the best I can to make it great for everyone.

Please send me a login to your WordPress installation to support@katz.co so I can troubleshoot your issue.

I’ve made a bunch of improvements to the plugin with Version 1.6 – please let me know if they solve the problems you’ve been having with the plugin.

Zack I believe the issue is not with the plugin directly but a server side issue, upgraded to PHP 5.3.3 and it solved the problem

@bryce – Good to know; thanks for reporting!

@zack, pleasure – sometimes the solutions to problems are not always obvious or relating to the software itself!

The key here is – this IS a FREE plugin with FREE support – so you can’t expect someone to focus on just all your problems in a way that you are apparently expecting.

There are hundreds of issues that can happen in software, Bryce pointed out one of them, that are not directly related to the source program itself.

Give Zack a break. His tools are actually quite useful and a bargain, if you can get them to work in your environment.
