• I’ve noticed this in pretty much every version of the plugin: when you change the url of the site from mysitenamehere.com/dev to mysitenamehere.com, all of the widgets lose the image that was in them and must be redone. I’m guessing it has something to do with the selected images data being stored as a path instead of the object ID?

  • We move sites all the time, never had this happen – do you search/replace on the database when you move the site? (Though I should note, we use subdomains to maintain live devs)…

    I use a /dev subfolder every time. This is what made me assume it was a path issue. Happens every single time 🙁

    You make a good point, though, so I’d be willing to bet that anyone that does a subdomain instead thinks I’m crazy 😛
