Problem in IE, header & sidebar not displaying correctly

    My site works perfectly in FF, but I was informed today that in IE the header gets a little garbled, the sidebar is out of wack and there is a big gray bar in the middle of my page.

    What is the problem?

    To see what it’s supposed to look like use FF, to see the problem use IE. I’m lost…..
