Custom category menu

    I would like to show a category, “resources”, in a drop down menu. This menu would only show category names that have posts also under “resources”. When I click on this it would show a page with all the posts that have both categories attributed to them. Such as posts categorized under “books” and “resources”.

    The idea is to show all the categories having posts that are “resources” in a menu.

    Any thoughts on this?
