   I would like to build a site for people to post resumes, and potential employers to post jobs.

   Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this with wordpress? I think I am going to let it be free, so I don't have to bother with collecting money. I think I am just going do google adwords and banner ads.

   Any suggestions? I know there will need to be permissions settings. I also need it to function like a classifieds site.
