Hi there, so far so good with this plugin. A couple of tweaks and works perfectly! Many thanks to the author. I’ve got a couple of comments about it:

1. Add a fix to custom fields record into database if their input is empty. Example scenario is like this: several custom fieds for a tech data sheet (name, details, year, ect.), none required. When a new post is created in frontend, WPUF stores also empty values as meta_value, innecessarily cluttering the wp_postmeta table. When I realized of it at least 5000 empty cf_ fields had to be deleted with an sql query.

(For those interested the fix is small and easy to implement, drop a word and I’ll share it)

2. Performance: I can’t figure out why, P3 (Plugin Performance Profile) reports an excesive amount of time/resources for WPUF, even when there’s no user logged in. Is there a way to improve performance?
