[cookie_delete] shortcode does not work

It should be [delete_cookies] but I think it says somewhere that this doesn’t work in the message bar, so it has to go in your privacy page or similar.

Also:

I think you need to add the text, eg:

[delete_cookies text=”Click here to delete”]

But even then, you don’t really see it doing anything, but it does delete the viewed_cookie_policy cookie.
