Featured images stopped working, only work 25% of the time now.

    Our featured images used to always work; however, now they only work about 25% of the time. We did not change anything. When we upload the photos the small images do not show up. However if you click on it to edit you can see the photo and the photos work in posts or pages, but not as featured images/ thumb nails. Any help would be great!

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins and switching to the default theme to try to identify the problem? What theme are you using? A link to your site might also be relevant.

    Sorry, we don’t have any email here – support is here on the forums only. I’d suggest trying the usual troubleshooting steps to start with:

    Deactivate all your plugins and reset the plugins folder in case any are not fully deactivated.

    Switch to the default theme

    If that solves it, reverse the above steps one by one to see what causes the problem.
