Removing /feed rss from posts themselvers

Ok I have a very weird issue, I have google fetching as google on all my posts/pages and it seems to read them as /feed/ too, problem with this is they return as soft 404 errors.

How do I remove the /feed showing up feed items for that specific post and get it to just simply redirect 301 to the post itself so google doesnt fetch these as 404s.
