Internal Server Error

    A new client of mine has this plugin installed, (windows based server), when clicking on “settings” I am getting “500 Internal Server Error” – there is a problem with the resource you are looking for and it cannot be displayed (& yes OMG he needs to update wordpress!) also, does this plugin actually block any pages from making changes to it from inside wp admin?
