How to stop voters voting multiple times on the same poll

    Hi, Thanks for the great plugin. I cant work out how to stop a voter from voting more than once on the same question. I have gone to edit poll for my new poll and tried all the options in there with no success.

    I tried the “blocking voters” option in other options, but this only made it so noone could vote at all ever.

    Thanks for any help.

    Can you tell us what option u choosed on Blocking Voters option and Vote Permissions?

    Hi,

    1st attempt –

    Vote permissions: Guest and registered
    Blocking voters: Dont block
    Result: Anyone can vote hundreds of times on same poll if they wanted.

    2nd attempt –

    Vote permissions: Guest and registered
    Blocking voters: Block by IP and Cookie
    Result: Nobody can vote, not even once

    3rd attempt –

    Vote permissions: Guest and registered
    Blocking voters: Block by IP
    Result: Nobody can vote, not even once

    Just need a setting that allows guest and registered to vote, but only once on a question. Thanks for your quick reply btw.

    ok i think it works now, i set the permission to guest and registed and retried block by IP only, i think we can vote once and not again.
