Shipping help!

Hi.

I’m shipping products worldwide, with a different shipping rate (for the same product) depending on the location of the purchaser.

What is the best way to set this up?

To give examples… shipping to Germany Euro3.30 on orders up to 50g. (each product weighs 5g, so technically the buyer can order 10 products and still only have to pay Euro3.30.

Shipping to rest of world Euro5.50 on orders up to 50g.

I’m trying to work this out but can’t seem to ship by weight, so how can I get around this? Or am I being silly!?!
