WP Polls doesn't work in Multisite?

    Hello!
    I’m trying to use this plugin on my WordPress installation with multisite enabled, but the plugin does not work.

    Works only on the main site.

    The Error:
    Error In Adding Poll ‘Questão teste’.
    Error In Adding Poll’s Answer ‘Resposta 1’.
    Error In Adding Poll’s Answer ‘Resposta 2’.

    Please, somebody can help me?
