Blog posts not showing on blog page

Hi there. I am building a site for a friend and for some reason the blog page shows no content.
The page is temporarily at http://dontusepremdor.co.uk/news/ till it is finished and then I will transfer it using BackupBuddy.

I have followed the procedure of setting this page as the posts page under Settings/Reading and double (triple!) checked the settings here. But no posts displaying.

The posts are definitely published and live.

The theme is Pragma. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
