New User auto SL entry

I need to make it so when a new user signs up on the site (mnla.com), the data is also passed to Store Locator. New users sign up with address information, which could then be geocoded my SL. I had this working when I first set the site up about a year ago, but now it’s not functioning correctly anymore. Used to be, when a new user signed up (as a WP user), they would automatically be entered into the SL tables, and would appear in red in the list. You could then just click edit (or something) and it would geocode them and they would appear on the map.
Honestly, I’ve forgotten how I got this working, and I don’t know why it stopped. Of course, I’m looking for a solution where I don’t have to update WP core files. I was checking the user-new.php and user-edit.php files for a place to fit the code, but didn’t really find anything, and as I said, I don’t want to edit the core files anyway.
