Bad URLs for Product Page Links in Check Out

I have a problem which I can’t find a fix for. When I setup this plugin for testing I created a few product pages and added the short code for the “Add to cart”, etc. After my site went into live use mode the site url changed to the domain root instead an alias IP address/folder format. Now, in the checkout table and on the widget all links to the product pages have the old ip address/folder/$page_id=999 format. I’m using permalinks with the page name for the site and my site url is now a real domain so now I’m getting dead links on my checkout page.

How do I fix this? I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin . . . no go. I’d have to have to uninstall and start all over. Please advise.
