Set up of the size of the info windows/boubble

    Hello Ian,

    I checkes all of the infos, but I have still a problem with the size of the info windows. As I understand, witout a using an width and heigh tag for the .bgmp_placemark, the info windows should be open automatically, based on the content.

    Unfortunately it open first widh a scroll bar, in small size and after that, only for a second click rich the optimal size.
    I also tried to add a min-width value to enforce the width value, but in vain.
    The problem is appear under FF, Opera, Safari and works under IE.

    Could you plese check the issue?

    Hi Andrea, I think the problem is caused the the images in the info window. The window is sized before the image finished loading, and so the box doesn’t grow to the appropriate size.

    I know I’ve looked into that before, and there’s at least one thread about that, but I couldn’t find it either. I’ll try to take another look at it tomorrow.

    You are totally right, I checked all of the pins ones again and in case of the text (or text + small picture, like in case of the home icon in Budapest) and embedded video contents, the info windows work properly. I am waiting for the news.

    I tried connecting to the test page, but it looks like it’s down.

    As a test, can you try editing the style.css file, and removing the “width: auto !important” line from the #bgmp_map-canvas img section? Then reload the page and see if it works.

    Glad to hear it 🙂

    The reason that rule exists is because stylesheet rules from a lot of themes bleed over onto the map and mess it up, and that rule tries to cancel them out. So, I can’t just remove it from the official release.

    I’ll see if I can work out a good way to prevent it from being applied to the .bgmp_placemark element, though, while still applying it to the rest of the map.
