Your checkout page doesn’t seem to be refreshing as it should. I think its the theme – switch to 20-11 to check.

It seems some theme authors have ignored our calls to test 2.0 for the last few months 🙁 You’ll have to inform them once you establish its that at fault.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your response. We have now resolved this original issue as the developer provided an update for the theme.

However, we are now experiencing a new issue in that we are unable to select delivery options on the radial dials:

Any ideas on why this might happen as it wasn’t a problem before the Woocommerce update.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

we have the same issue at http://www.night4day.com. Customers can’t choose the shipping option they want. As temporary solution we change the radio buttons to drop down menu. For now customers can only choose the first available shipping method.

Additionally we are experiencing problems with the thank you page. When a payment is accepted in the payment gateway and the customer returns to the thank you page, the order is still in “awaiting payment” state. This means that no order received mail is sent to the customer nor us, and the stock is not reduced.

    Thank you!

@brandingbytonik – Check to see if you have the file totals.php within your theme folder/woocommerce/cart/ folder.

If you do, open it up and search for the class name “cart_totals”. Let me know if you find it. This is probably the cause of your issue. Because if I add the class to your form, it starts working.

And it seems this is ONLY affecting your cart page, not your checkout page. So cart page is the one that is not working and checkout page does work.

Not too sure why it would show the shipping again on checkout page though.

I have issues that might be similar to the things going on here. I have a site using woocommerce and I can’t get the UPS part of it working and have no idea why. It says that there is no shipping available in my area (united states).

That seems strange to me…not sure why that is.

So what I did was update WooCommerce and the Theme I am using. The theme default CSS came back which I figured would happen but I have a backup of that. But still the same issue with the checkout process and now the checkout form is all messed up.

Please help me if you know the answer I would greatly appreciate it.

    airtoo.com is the site

What is the fix for “Customers can’t choose the shipping option they want. As temporary solution we change the radio buttons to drop down menu. For now customers can only choose the first available shipping method.”
    ???

It is not the theme, I have tried several others and they all do the same thing.
    Thanks

    Hello,

I have woocommerce installed on my site.
Integrated UPS woocommerce extension plugin and configured as per the documentation.
I’m getting “Sorry, it seems that there are no available shipping methods for your location (United States). If you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements please contact us.” error on my cart page and checkout page.
Can anyone help me to resolve this.

Having issues with the table rate plugin as well so it seems.

I have installed the table rates plugin
    creates shipping zones
    enabled them

they dont show up in the “settings” shipping page?
In the list of shipping methods I can see “table rates” but I can not click on it to configure?

I can’t seem to get the cart calculate or put in the according shipping cost per country automatically. Very strange…

I am using Woocommerce in combination with the canvas theme by the way. Any one here using the table rates plugin as wel?
