Bold, Italics, Links and other HTML tags not working

    Hi there, I’m hoping someone here can help me with a problem that I am having since I upgraded to 2.2.

    When I am writing or editing a post, none of the HTML tags in the editor will work (bold, italic, bullets, links etc). When using them they display correctly in the editing box. When clicking save (or save and continue editing) however, I get automatically taken to my blog homepage, without the HTML I have added visible. When I then go back to edit the post again, any such HTML has vanished.

    The same applies if I try to input the HTML in ‘code’ rather than ‘visual’ mode.

    Is this a common problem? Is there a setting I am missing somewhere? Any help on this wouldbe greatly appreciated.

    I have the very same problem with version 2.5! The all html-tags won’t work. I select a text, make it bold, but when I press save I return to the ‘edit post screen’ where nothing has changed.

    I’m having a similar problem. The bold and italics function won’t work ever since I updated to 2.5 and changed themes. It worked on one computer but not on another. So strange. It works when I write the post but not when I publish it.

    Same problem here, right out of the box.
