Google Analytics for 2 different installations – same domain

    Hi;

    I’ve got 1 wordpress install here “myexample.com”
    and a 2nd wordpress install here “myexample.com/different”

    Reason being I needed 2 different themes.

    I was wondering if I can add google analytics for wordpress by Yoast to BOTH installs with the SAME tracking number.

    If not, what’s the best way around this? I don’t want to have to look at 2 different analytics..

    You got it right. Use the same tracking number and you are golden. If you had wanted to use different tracking numbers, you would have needed to set up the 2nd site as a subdomain, not just a folder under the 1st one.
