There probably is something incorrect with your shortcode if you aren’t seeing data displayed. At it’s simplest it should be [webphysiology_portfolio]. Did you save your permalinks after changing the portfolio slug? If not, make certain to go to that screen and just click save.

Individual Portfolio display is really not supported as part of this plugin. It’s meant to be a descriptive portal to other pages/sites. You can try copying the “single-webphys_portfolio.php” template from the plugin directory to your theme directory and make adjustments to it.
