I have been trying to make my WP install so that when people sign up they get a blog. But i also want to have a forum. I can't get SMF to integrate it just wont work. I also need something for my users to sign up and get a blog. Can you guys please please help me!!!!

You are looking at the wrong software...
when people sign up they get a blog
It won't happen with WP.
You need its "cousin" WP MU (multi user)
