First, download the latest version of the plugin, clear your cookies and cache from your browser and check if your problem still exists with that version.

Second, search the forums for similar threads and see if any of the proposed solutions work for you.

Third, to test what’s wrong, disable all your other plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme for a bit. • Optin Revolution “Browser Issue”
    Hi,
I recently downloaded, installed, and updated the OptinRevolution Plugin for one of my WP sites, and have incurred an annoying issue.

When I launch the plugin from my dashboard menu, and attempt to open it an adjust the settings, I receive a message; “Your Browser Is Out of Date”

Being I am using latest version of “Explorer 10” – my browser is current!!!

When I open the site in Chrome, and access the plugin it works fine?

Problem: I am not a big fan of the Chrome browser layout, and do not want to have to open a secondary browser just to adjust the setting in the plugin, any suggestions on “How-to” get this plugin working in Explorer 10 would be great!

    Thanks,

    Art

    Hi Art,

Wasn’t aware of this I’ll have it fix asap. Thanks for letting me know.

    Two questions:

Can I limit which pages Optin Revolution shows on?

Can I use different Optin Revolution popups (with different graphics and which connect to different lists at iContact) on different pages?

    Thanks.

In the Pro version you can include or exclude any page or post.

You can have different popups like to different list or even different email providers. One popup could be aweber with list0 the other iccontact with list1 and another with iccontact with list2.

The feature allowing you to show a different popup based on a category/categories and/or page ID is in development and will be ready for release next week. We are in the testing of the new feature at the moment.

The Lite version dose not have these features. It only have 1 popup.

    Hi,
Is it possible to use the feedburner optin code in Optin revolution lite plugin?

Sorry there is no support for feedburner in the lite version. The Pro version has custom forms allow 3rd party form but I never had a request or tried the feedburner code in the Pro version. Can’t see why it wouldn’t work in Pro.
