Site Menu Not Showing Up Correctly in Internet Explorer

    I am creating a new website for our company at http://www.wrc.org/wordpress. The main navigational menu displays correctly in Firefox but not in Internet Explorer. Could someone take a look at my site and tell me what I need to do? Thank you!
