Broken URLS of Index2.php

Hello professionals,
Please help…

I have WordPress theme called “KEKO” (nice theme)
I got on Google WebMaster tools that I have few broken links like this one:

http://www.9comp.com/index2.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=&product_id=25&category_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=64&vmcchk=1&Itemid=64&pop=1&tmpl=component/

This is a hack of bad configuration?

I have more Strange URLS like this one:

http://www.9comp.com/?page=shop.product_details&flypage=&product_id=25&category_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=64&vmcchk=1&Itemid=64/

this URL is the same like my homepage.
How can I remove those urls?
