Presentation Settings does not work

As described, nothing from Presentation Settings shows up in either the login or registration page.
This has forced me to “css inject” into the Required Field Style Rules, specifically, my injection is as follows:
border:solid 1px #E6DB55;background-color:#FFFFE0; } #login { width: 400px;
This injection is to fix the other problem titled “content overflows container”
