   I upgraded my wordpress. I write my blog in swedish; I use å, ä and ö when I write.

   But when I upgrade, alls this letters turns into ö, ä and so on, and it doesn't help that I change back the language to swedish after update.

   How do I upgrade without my older posts looking like shit?

   When you click on the link above there are three [3] lines for you to read. If you didn't read it and did not do what is recommended there - don't post back!

   I have to edit and comment out the 3 lines in the wp-config.php even when not using Fantastico.

   It's part of the regular upgrade/install process for me now, to comment out the 3 lines :)
