• Yesterday I sent a request for support, nothing happened at all. Still awaiting assignment to a support agent.
    So what to do? 6 hours ago I decided to buy for premium support and so I did.
    I sent a new premium request and I am still Awaiting assignment to a support agent.
    I think that´s really bad………

    usually Themekraft support staff replies within 24 hours, if possible instantly..

    I’m curious to know what exactly happened there..
    Maybe something went wrong here..

    I can´t find your email so I post it here.
    Anyway it´s ticket #2974 posted yesterday no-premiumsupport
    and ticket #2988 posted today right after I bought premium support.
