Unable to update widget

I’m unable to update or delete the widget. Error message states that it can’t remove the old version of the plugin. I read a thread that suggested this may be a permissions issue. Checked them all and still no luck. I’m using ThemeZee’s zeePersonal for a static site. Many thanks.
