• It could be the version of WordPress, but after installing the plugin the site goes blank and pages stop loading in the header.
    Renaming the plugin folder on the server gave me control back.

  • I am having the same problem. Both front and back end goes blank after installation. A million thanks to Troela for providing the solution and sparing me for wasting hours solving this.

    Sorry about that, about to post a fix for this. The problem occurs when Tippy is not first installed – Glossy requires Tippy and handles it badly when Tippy is not installed.
