"View Full Post" added to Testimonial | WordPress.org

On the index page the phrase “view full post” is being added to the testimonials, for which changing the Settings > Reading from excerpt to full post has no effect.

This is probably coming from your theme or a plugin. Search your theme for the term “view full post” and you will see what function is adding it. Most likely it is a filter called ‘the_excerpt’.
