Text Widgets Keep Disappearing AFTER I Save

    I keep adding a text widget with html in it. I save it and then when I go to the website it’s not there. THen I go back to Widgets and the Text box is gone.

    What’s the deal? I’m a website designer and I’ve never had this problem!
    ANy ideas? Any help??

    I keep having the same thing happen.

    Built a child theme based on Twenty Twelve. All good for months. Client upgraded to WordPress 3.5.1 and upgraded jetpack. I went in to add another jetpack image widget, all jetpack image widgets disappeared. Tried to rebuild with text widgets. Then all text widgets disappeared too.

    Have run the upgrade again, no luck.
    Have downloaded the install, deleted then copied over wp-admin and wp-includes folders, still no luck.
    Switched to Twenty Eleven. No luck.
