• When I open the popup to process the queue, it processes with no problem. But every time a file changes, the dialog “The <unsuccessful transfer queue> has unresolved errors. Empty the queue to restore normal operation.” shows up at the top of every admin page until I do so.

How can I resolve this so it runs properly? Has anyone else run across this? I’m running the latest w3tc.

As an aside, this seems like it would be a good thing. Is there any reason not to enable it?:

I get the same problem that you have, except, my unsuccessful transfer queue only contain my minified files. All other files are getting correctly to my self-hosted CDN. I have been looking for a solution for this bug for a week now.

Has anyone found a solution yet?
