   Hi there,

   Thanks for the great plugin -- its very neat and easy to impliment.

   Just one thing -- I can't get the default.jpg avatar to display for users who have no avatar set up. Firstly I checked the box to enable a default avatar but I had not put the image in the folder. So I deactivated the plugin, deleted the file, reinstalled the plugin and made sure the image was in before checking the box to enable default avatars.

   Everything else is working fine but I still cannot get that image to show for commenters that have no avatar defined.

   works fine with 2.3 upgrade
