Transfer Subscribers to wordpress.org

    Hello,

    I just transferred my blog(www.sorelevant.org) to wordpress.org but it doesnt look like any of my subscribers came with it. Could I please get help transferring my subscribers to my wordpress.org blog? Thank you soooo much!
